VENICE REPORT: THE SOUND AND THE FURY

James Franco will be rolling in the aisles, should the leather bar he completely unironically hangs out in actually have aisles between the booths, at the typically baffled critical reaction to his latest nonsense literary adaptation, The Sound and the Fury, at Venice. If, like me, you have some valid excuse to give James' tripe the time of day, you could read a review, perhaps, from Jessica Kiang at The Playlist, Robbie Collin at The Telegraph, Andrew Barker at Variety, Kaleem Aftab at The Independent, Boyd van Hoeij at The Hollywood Reporter and Derek Malcolm at Evening Standard.
