OSCAR HOPEFULS AND CRITICAL DARLINGS IN NYFF MAIN SLATE


The 52nd New York Film Festival looks to be one of its most memorable ever, with 30 buzz-heavy films having just been added to its main slate. These include gala screenings of David Fincher's Gone Girl and Paul Thomas Anderson's Inherent Viceboth snapped up by NYFF organisers for world premieres, just after the more popular festival grounds of Telluride and Toronto, and of Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu's BirdmanThe fest runs from the 26th of September to the 12th of October. Here are the films which will show at NYFF 2014:
