NORTH CAROLINA FILM CRITICS ASSOCIATION NOMINATIONS THROW UP A FEW SURPRISES

I told you it'd just take time! The North Carolina Film Critics Association has joined the chorus of support for The Wolf of Wall Street, despite all the negative reactions to the film. Now that people are seeing it, people are nominating it. As with yesterday's NSFC results, Her takes a bit of a dip in the standings, and though American Hustle reaps a few nominations, including one for Amy Adams, the NCFCA picks Sarah Paulson and Julia Roberts in their respective films over Hustle's Jennifer Lawrence. Winners will be announced a week today, on the 12th.
