If you click the above image, you'll be taken to a trailer for George Clooney's The Monuments Men. It does amuse me how better actors than George must feel while they're on set, being told what to do by this schmuck and his cup of Nespresso. This film will likely forever be known as the film that ran scared from tough competition in the 2013 awards season, only to find shelter in the embarrassing slot of the next February. Nothing of any note gets released in February. I thought then it was too comedic to be taken seriously by Oscar, and now I think it'll be too dramatic to work in a late Winter release. I've also thought, all along, that it'll be too shit to be any good. Gotta lol at how Jean Dujardin doesn't even get a namecheck in this trailer and he just won an Oscar. Didn't lol at anything else though, except perhaps the fact that that is definitely not the point. Did I mention it's being buried opened in February?
