IAN MCKELLEN IS SHERLOCK HOLMES IN BILL CONDON'S A SLIGHT TRICK OF THE MIND

In Mitch Cullin's novel A Slight Trick of the Mind, a retired Sherlock Holmes relates tales of his life to his son, as his memory disintegrates with age. Bill Condon will direct an adaptation from The Duchess scribe Jeffrey Hatcher, and will reunite with his Gods and Monsters leading man Ian McKellen. It's set to commence shooting next April.
