Miyazaki has never made a film that's less than great, and there's no doubt in my mind that Spirited Away is utterly the finest film ever made and that's that. Japan, you get a look at this in under a month - the 20th of July. The rest of us will have to wait, but we're not sure until when. I'll wait forever.
