A public vote is what led to the travesty that is Robert Pattinson winning anything positive for Twilight. Only five awards from the UK Regional Film Critics, but would you actually want more?

    Courageous and brilliantly executed supporting roles in Skyfall and Cloud Atlas.

    That's true, brother.
    Not as well versed as you.
    Tykwer's Perfume: The Story of a Murderer is the only thing that strikes me about his work before 2012.
    Hoping that he has a decent role in the anticipated Peter Gilliam's The Zero Theorem.

      That was a big breakthrough for him. He was nominated for the BAFTA Rising Star in 2007, which was just after Perfume. But I suppose his star continues to rise even now.

      You should catch him in I'm Not There. Great film, and his best performance (that I've seen). Good actor. He has some fervent fans!

    Voting turnout for some movies is baffling & demands legitimacy .

    Yeah, Pattinson's win there is laughable.

    But again we are reminded that the love for ARGO is worldwide. Amazing.
