Wasn't aware of this association until now. I'm glad they've nominated Keep the Lights On, one of my favourite films of the past few years, but I'm disappointed that they've then missed Thure Lindhardt in a six-strong category that actually features Bradley Cooper! Winners will be announced next month.

  1. I saw KEEP THE LIGHTS ON at Tribeca and was disappointed. It went nohere, and was largely superficial. Nothing close to WEEKEND nor to gay standard bearers like BEAUTIFUL THING, MAURICE, SHOW ME LOVE, and last year's terrific TOMBOY. Of course we have at leats have to broach the excellent BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN too when evaluating this genre.
