Another one of my favourite critics' groups announces, and produces even better results! Zero Dark Thirty gets another little boost, if not quite as emphatic as fans of that film might have liked, following what appears to be a scattershot backlash against it after its early dominance. A very good day for The Master, winning two top prizes in a row from mid-top ranking critics' groups, demonstrating that the critical love for Paul Thomas Anderson's film is alive and well. Oscar Best Documentary hopeful The Waiting Room also gets a boost.
